Pseudofumaria flavum (yellow fumaria, hollowort)

Flowers are bright yellow with yellow throats, borne in racemes on short, branched stems above the foliage from spring through autumn. Blooms persist into late fall in zones 4-5.
Leaves are gray-green and fern-like, and often remain through winter. Pairs well with bleeding heart, thalictrum and meadow rue.
Noteworthy Characteristics
Pseudofumaria flavum (yellow corydalis), commonly known as larksporn or fumaria. Great building block plant for a shade or woodland garden.
Each plant will form many yellow flowers that bloom from late spring through mid-autumn.
Problems
No serious pest or disease problems. Deer resistant.

Yellow flowers and delicate leaves are striking. Use in beds and borders. Wildflower gardens. Cottage gardens, shade and woodland gardens. Pairs well with thalictrum, meadow rue, maiden hair fern.
