Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, sellable condition
- Plants must be alive and in reasonable condition
- Proof of purchase is required

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
π Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Issue a refund, or
- Process an exchange
Saratoga Seed will cover the cost of shipping replacement plants back to you.
π Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
We will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
π± Plant Health & Care
Plants are living products and require proper care after arrival.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for plants that have been:
- Neglected or improperly cared for
- Planted and later removed
- Damaged by weather, animals, or environmental conditions
β Non-Returnable Items
- Plants that have been planted
- Items not in original condition
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or bulk orders

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days after we receive your return
